Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our 3 Roses Winery team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious and visually appealing beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a bartending role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Familiarity with restaurant or banquet operations is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines is an asset
