Job Details: Job Description: This position provides support for the maintenance of semiconductor process equipment using established and written procedures. This position works with the manufacturing team to achieve a safe and highly efficient production environment. Responsibilities Perform equipment start-up, modifications, upgrades, troubleshooting and maintenance on production and R&D systems Perform repairs and maintenance on semiconductor process equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance semiconductor equipment in accordance with specifications. Perform root-cause troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment Assist with new equipment installation. Assist with equipment calibrations. Assist with creating maintenance and PM procedures. Assist with recovery from equipment/facilities down events. Requirements 2-year Engineering degree/background, military technical training or equivalent preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance preferred. Extensive knowledge of certain areas in a semiconductor environment (i.e. Photo, Deposition, Metrology, etc.) Knowledge of basic machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. (i.e. vacuum pumps, leak checkers, hand tools, etc.) Working knowledge of electrical systems with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals Proficient in computer applications using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Must be physically able to lift to waist level and carry up to 40 pounds Must be physically able to climb, stoop, bend, kneel, and crawl to reach work Organized, neat, detail-oriented, conscientious, and thorough Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Flexibility in your work schedule and the ability to work overtime on short notice US Citizenship required Worker Type: Employee Cubic creates and delivers technology solutions in transportation that make people’s lives easier by simplifying their daily journeys, and defense capabilities that help promote mission success and safety for those who serve their nation.
