Job Details: Job Description: This position provides support for the maintenance of semiconductor process equipment using established and written procedures. This position works with the manufacturing team to achieve a safe and highly efficient production environment. Responsibilities Perform equipment start-up, modifications, upgrades, troubleshooting and maintenance on production and R&D systems Perform repairs and maintenance on semiconductor process equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance semiconductor equipment in accordance with specifications. Perform root-cause troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment Assist with new equipment installation. Assist with equipment calibrations. Assist with creating maintenance and PM procedures. Assist with recovery from equipment/facilities down events. Requirements 2-year Engineering degree/background, military technical training or equivalent preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance preferred. Extensive knowledge of certain areas in a semiconductor environment (i.e. Photo, Deposition, Metrology, etc.) Knowledge of basic machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
