Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Greet clients in a friendly manner, assist with inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.

Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and office tasks efficiently to support the daily operations of the agency.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage schedules and appointments for agents and clients, ensuring timely communication.

Document Handling: Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital records for easy access.

Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Requirements

Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for all visitors.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanor.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, calls, and administrative tasks efficiently.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support other team members as needed.Detail-Oriented: Attentive to detail in order to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of office software applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Job Type: Full-time
