Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour and up based on experience
Schedule: Full-time with weekend availability is a must.

Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Exceptional communication skills- the ability to communicate clearly with the Chefs or highest management on the line.
- Cross-trained in prep-cook and other areas in the kitchen to help out when needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 18 years of age
- 1 years of line cook experience
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods.
