Tribute Eatery & Bar in Coralville, IA is looking for full-time & part-time Servers / Bartenders to join our team. Busy patio season means great tips.

Whether you're looking for a seasonal job or looking to stay on the team all year, we have openings.

Starting Pay for fully trained Servers : $4.35 per hour tips, tipped out nightly.

Full-time staff BENEFITS : Available for all full-time employees who work on average 30 hours per week or more.

Job Description :

• Take food & beverage orders from customers and serve food & drinks as requested
• Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patron
• Keep restaurant & bar area clean, safe, and organized
• Mix drinks using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
• Monitor all patrons for alcohol intake to appropriate levels
• Assist in ensuring patrons have a safe ride home, calling a taxi or Uber when appropriate
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
• Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
• Slice, pit, and prepare fruit garnishes for drinks
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass the IOWA Program for Alcohol Compliance Training
