317 Elite Sales Team is seeking personable & energetic candidates to join our retail sales team and cross-train in all aspects of; sales, customer service & training systems. Our core is people helping people, and we believe in equipping our staff with an extensive knowledge of business skills in order to promote our management roles 100% from within.
Our set work schedule is Thursday-Monday and while we do offer some flexibility for specific situations, any changes would need to be approved by our management team.
We operate on a hybrid office schedule; in office three times a week (M/Th/F) and virtual meetings two times a week (Sa/Su). The job itself would be 100% in person, working five days a week with our partner stores. Comfortably in a retail setting is a must.
Responsibilities for the position:

• Customer qualifications and price quotes for client services
• Complete sales contracts with customers directly
• Provide quality presentations which are tailored to customers individual needs
• Be the point of contact after the sale to handle customer needs
• Meet and exceed sales goals, working with senior trainers to increase KPIs
• Gain training in business management and operations
