This Position is a Temporary Full-Time position.

This Position will report directly to the Supervisor of Customer Service and Director of Operations.

Position Summary

As the Customer Service Lead at 32Bar Blues, you will oversee the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves managing communications via phone, email, and voicemail, coordinating with the distribution center, and directly handling customer inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the customer service team to ensure efficient operation, including scheduling to cover customer service hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to business needs).
• Oversee and ensure efficient handling of phone and email communications, including customer order details using the MOM/NetSuite system.
• Address and resolve customer service issues in collaboration with the TMS outsourced call center, including auditing calls to maintain quality standards.
• Train customer service staff to handle customer inquiries effectively and timely.
• Collaborate with the Manager of the Distribution Center and Director of Operations to resolve any issues related to mispicked or revised outbound orders.
• Maintain proficiency with our customer service database systems (MOM/NetSuite).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising a customer service and support team.
• Strong capability in handling phone calls, voicemail, and emails efficiently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer information.
• Competent in multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, sit regularly, work on a computer, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dress code: Warehouse appropriate attire, no open-toe shoes allowed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Hourly Rate: $23.00.
