Job Description
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce company’s products/services and generate interest.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and research.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, update customer information, and document sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, share best practices, and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
