What would this role do?
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will assist families seeking support with autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing care in-home, at a support center or in the community.
Your goal will be to provide assistance and compassionate care to individuals whose behaviors can range from mild to severe.
