We are looking for a positive, motivated, and established house cleaner with current house cleaning experience! We require that applicants have their own cleaning supplies and transportation for assigned jobs. Experience in at least two of the following at minimum; short-term rentals, residential house cleaning, Office building cleaning, new build, and renovation cleaning.

We pay on a per job basis, with a minimum pay out of $75 on our smallest cleaning requests, going up from there.

Job duties include the following but are not limited to: The cleaning of short-term rentals, residential house cleaning, Office building cleaning, new build, and renovation cleaning. A range of duties such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, trash removal, sanitizing, stocking, vent cleaning, restroom cleaning, etc. The Cleaner or housekeeper will be responsible for adhering to all safety practices outlined in the company handbook.

Physical requirements: must be able to lift up to 50lbs, spend extended periods of time standing, crouching or bending, able to reach arms in the overhead position with ease, and have no medical physical restrictions prescribed by a physician or physical therapist for active or recovering injuries.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in residential and or short term rental cleaning is required Transportation and cleaning supplies required
- Previous experience as a cleaner or in facilities maintenance is preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
