JOB SUMMARY

The PT Front Desk Rep reports to the Support Services Manager and works with the physical therapy staff. The therapy front office duties consists of the following responsibilities:

Greeting patients as they enter the office

Scheduling phone appointments and occasional walk-ins

Creating and maintaining patient charts

Performing check-in and check-out procedures

Working with the physical therapy team to maximize clinic efficiency

Tracking and reporting of patient visits

Coordinating with work comp personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• High school or equivalent (Required)
