360 Talent Avenue is partnering with an innovative Landscaping company that specializes in Commercial Irrigation projects. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Irrigation Foreman to oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems for their golf course projects.
The Commercial Landscape Irrigation Foreman will be responsible for managing the installation, operation, and maintenance of irrigation systems for golf course construction projects. This role requires a thorough understanding of irrigation systems, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Pay: $70,000-100,000/yr.
Travel: 75% - Handling multiple projects at once on East Coast

• This job is remote with a need to travel. Headquarters are in CT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of golf course irrigation systems.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, landscape architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and lead a team of irrigation technicians and laborers.
• Provide training and support to team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Technical Expertise:
• Design and install complex irrigation systems tailored to golf course specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation system components, including pumps, valves, and controllers.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used and labor hours.
• Implement best practices for water conservation and efficient irrigation.
• Client Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding irrigation-related matters.
• Provide regular updates on project status and address any client concerns promptly.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial irrigation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of 2 Wire System Installations, pipe sizing and irrigation design
• Extensive knowledge of irrigation systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
