We are searching for a high-powered Business Intelligence Analyst to support the continued growth of business.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with 2-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, operational analysis, and data visualization / communication. This role will report to and work closely with the COO and other business leaders to achieve a digital transformation of our operations. Key focuses will be building and implementing analytics tools, automating & improving business processes, and leading internal consulting projects that drive EBITDA growth. Required experience: Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.Preferred Experience: SQL, NetSuite (Workflows & SuiteScripts), and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and implementing analytics tools to drive business growth
• Work with executive team to identify EBITDA-improvement initiatives; conduct analyses to prove out hypotheses, and work with senior leaders to develop implementation road map
• Develop dashboards (example: PowerBI) for distributed access to data; align with operations cadence so data & insights are available at point & time of decision
• Provide technical solutions that accelerate data-to-insights cycle time & impact; for instance, partner with procurement team to develop demand forecasting tool for buying
• Building and implementing analytics tools to drive business growth
• Own and manage distribution of weekly management dashboard
• Manage data structure and maintain data integrity through audits and clean-ups
• Automating & improving business processes
• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for operational improvement thru digital solutions that create operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve KPIs
• Optimize ERP (NetSuite) with purpose-built modules, workflows, and scripts to support improvements (automations) to procurement, order processing, warehouse management, and other key operations; extract and visualize data for current KPI measurement

Qualifications:

• High sense of urgency to address operational inefficiencies using data-driven analytics; comfortable problem solving; growth-mindset
• 1-6 years professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, business consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience with PowerBI and / or NetSuite
• Proficient in SQL
• Proficient in PowerBI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics

Working Conditions:

· This role will be in-office

· 10-15% travel may be required to Portland Metro, OR or Denver, CO region

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions

· PHYSICAL DEMANDS: May be required to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 25 pounds

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
