Role Overview:

NakedCashmere is looking for an innovative and results-driven Email & SMS Marketing

Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and

executing email and SMS marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and

sales. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication

skills, and a passion for fashion and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive email and SMS

marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

● Campaign Management: Plan, design, and execute email and SMS campaigns,

including newsletters, promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

● Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce

compelling and on-brand email and SMS content that resonates with our audience.

● Segmentation & Personalization: Develop targeted email and SMS campaigns using

customer segmentation and personalization techniques to deliver relevant content and

offers.

● Automation: Set up and manage automated marketing workflows to nurture leads and

retain customers throughout their lifecycle.

● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate

insights, and provide regular reports to optimize future campaigns.

● A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different email and

SMS strategies and content.

● Compliance: Ensure all email and SMS marketing activities comply with relevant laws

and regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

● Customer Database Management: Maintain and grow the email and SMS subscriber

lists, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.

● Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest email and SMS marketing trends, tools,

and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

● Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail

industry.

● Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Attentive).

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

● Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Excel.

● Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and automation.

● Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.

● Strong organizational and project management skills.

● Knowledge of email and SMS marketing regulations and best practices.
