What You’ll Do:

Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, identify their needs, and offer solutions that result in upselling and cross-selling our services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure efficient junk removal, recycling, and disposal while maintaining a positive and energetic work environment.
Operational Excellence: Handle and load/unload items from the truck, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing and Charismatic Personality: You love interacting with people and can easily build rapport with customers.
Sales-Driven: You have a passion for sales and a track record (or strong interest) in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Availability on weekends and some holidays.
Ability to lift at least 80 pounds to shoulder level regularly.
