We are working with a Company that has grown a ton through M&A in their search for a Digital Transformation Advisor that will drive the digital transformation journey in the Finance & Accounting areas of the Company.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate that started their career in public accounting and then transitioned to industry accounting and/or finance and then took on a role as a Business Analyst that supported the Accounting and Finance areas of the business with a focus on implementing new systems, integrating other businesses on disparate systems onto the same platform and drove the accounting and finance functions to continue to drive process improvements and efficiencies through their systems. This role requires a blend of accounting and/or finance expertise, digital tech experience, leadership skills and oil & gas industry knowledge.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science or Information Systems
• Professional certifications desired – CPA and/or Project Management
• 10-12 years of Oil & Gas accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong experience leading successful digital projects, i.e. – managing a successful implementation or conversion of an ERP system
• SAP expertise preferred
• Experience with digital tech including AI, data analytics, ERP systems and a relentless drive for innovation with a focus on achieving outcomes

Compensation

Base salary - $150K - $200K

Bonus target – 25%

LTIP – 25%

401(K) match – 6%
