Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and guide a team of home care nurses and home care patients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position requires expertise in pediatric and adult nursing, Office 365 utilization, computerized documentation, and Creation of Care plans
Duties:
- Provide clinical supervision to nurses and patient in a home care setting
- Conduct assessments and develop Care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed per doctor order
- Lead individual and group meetings and orientations
- Providing education to nurses and family members
- Utilize Office 365 and online systems for documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Provide home and community-based care services
Experience:
- Associate's, Bachelor's , or Master's degree in nursing
- Up to date State licensure as a Registered Nurse
- 1 year experience in pediatric or adult patient care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
