Responsibilities and Duties : Accompany the Client Relations Director and office staff to local community events to recruit Direct Care Workers.

Provide great customer service in the office and community Work with the team in the office to handle multilingual consumer complaints / grievances Handle all necessary documentation required for onboarding new clients and staff Qualifications : High integrity Positive attitude Excellent communication skills Solution-oriented Eager / Competitive Ability to thrive and collaborate in a fast-paced environment Requirements : Bilingual (Spanish) High school diploma preferred.
