39:23 Management, a locally-owned hotel management company, is adding to its Hyatt Place team! We’re currently taking applications for a maintenance guru. This is a full-time position; weekend availability is a must!
We depend on our maintenance team member to ensure everything in our hotel is working correctly, repair any issues as they come up, oversee third-party companies as needed, and make sure that the hotel grounds are clean and welcoming! It’s critical that this person has an eye for detail and proactively addresses items before larger issues develop.
This is a crucial member of our team. We trust them to keep our hotel in excellent shape and ensure it's always in great shape for our guests. The environment is team-centered as well. We are all very supportive of each other, which makes Hyatt Place a great place to work.
