Responsibilities:
· Developing relationships with existing clients, building new relationships, and completing employee benefit enrollments.
· Identify Procurement Departments / Business Owner / Facility Supervisors for prospective clients.
· Utilize CRM system to identify business prospects.
· Attend Networking Events to help build your pipeline.
· Complete site inspection reports for new prospects.
· Court potential clients with company sponsored luncheons.
· Grow our marketing reach throughout the ATX market.
· Leading and developing a business development team if promoted into leadership role.
Experience / Qualifications :
· Experience working with people in relationships or customer service.
· High Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude.
· Reliable transportation and driver's license.
· Extensive knowledge of the Houston region
· Self Motivated with ambitions to be the best in your field.
· Ability to multitask and willingness to do what’s needed for the team to thrive.
