3Ci is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager (Fuel) for our Client in the retail fuel and convenience store industry across the United States.
Job Description: The Enterprise Applications Manager leads a team of Application Developers within the Information Systems department, serving as a key liaison to internal stakeholders. This role ensures the uptime of application and infrastructure services, defines service levels, and develops business continuity plans in collaboration with business units. The role requires expertise in .NET/Java/Azure technologies, experience managing development teams, and a solid background in software application management.
Responsibilities:

• Directly manage a team of 5 developers, providing leadership and career development opportunities.
• Oversee software solutions delivery and act as the technical escalation point for the team.
• Drive project management efforts focused on process streamlining and efficiency improvements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Adhere to project plans and timelines, ensuring high-quality code delivery and performance.
• Review and analyze code for accuracy, functionality, and technical design issues.
• Support customer inquiries and stakeholder needs, achieving timely resolutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
• 5 years of experience in people management and software application development.
• Proficiency in .NET/Java/Azure technologies with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to translate high-level strategies into tactical execution.
• Experience in identifying and implementing efficiency improvements and new technologies.
• Strong decision-making skills to address business challenges through technical solutions.
