We are seeking a skilled M365 Power Platform Architect/Solutions Specialist to architect and implement collaboration solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.As a M365 Power Platform Architect/Solutions Specialist, you willtranslate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate closely with development teams, and ensure effective implementation and handoff.

This position supports our Client's transition from SharePoint to Microsoft 365 Power Platform, offering a dynamic environment at the forefront of technology innovation.
Location

• Fully remote position with occasional travel for business-related matters

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in IT, with significant exposure to Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools
• Experience in system analysis, design, development, documentation, and testing
• U.S. Citizenship required

General Requirements

• Techno-functional experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Previous experience in SharePoint and cloud migration is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Data Compliance tools, Data Security, and Government Compliance standards (e.g., NIST 800-171, CMMC)
• Strong communication skills to effectively interface between business users and technical development teams
• Ability to strategize and advise on architecture and solution design, leveraging the full capabilities of Microsoft 365 Power Platform

Essential Functions

• Configure SharePoint and develop applications within Power Platform
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and interface with technical teams to design solutions
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
• Architect solutions using Dataverse and other appropriate tools, ensuring alignment with best practices and governance standards
• Provide expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, to drive efficiency and compliance
• Support change management, release management, and incident ticketing processes
• Work in a collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth and innovation
• Perform other tasks as required
