Come join this supportive team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, targeted display, social media, banner ads, and geofencing; you will also manage our vendor doing this same work as part of our team. As campaigns are deployed, you will track the performance metrics and report them to clients. This is a full-time, permanent position based in sunny Jacksonville, FL. Hybrid work schedule may be available once fully trained.

Must Haves

• At least one year spent building and managing Google Ads, social media, and targeted display accounts
• Ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Strong understanding of digital production and marketing strategies
• Proven background innovating digital campaigns and providing effective service delivery
• Capacity to analyze campaign and web metrics and lead conversations about results with clients
• Ability to effectively manage our vendors who work as part of the team to deliver campaigns
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and remain functional under deadline-driven pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external audiences
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice-To-Haves

• Up-to-date Google Ads or Analytics certifications
• Education in Marketing or a related field
