Position Summary:
We are seeking ambitious and motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role is commission-based with lucrative bonus opportunities, offering an excellent earning potential for top performers. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing estimates and closing sales. This position requires the ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet and transport necessary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through various sales techniques including door to door, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct on-site inspections to provide accurate estimates for gutter installation, repair, and other services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Track and report sales activities using CRM tools such as JobNimbus and Zoho.
Tools and Resources:
- Access to CRM tools like JobNimbus and Zoho for efficient sales tracking and reporting.
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
- Marketing materials and resources to aid in sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home services industry.
- Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet.
- Transportation capable of carrying ladders and necessary tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic tools preferred (e.g., tape measure for estimates).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
