Job Description: They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, excellent litigation skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Attend court hearings, mediation sessions, and depositions.
- Provide clients with legal advice and guidance, ensuring they understand their rights and options.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Prepare cases for trial, including developing case strategies and gathering evidence.
- Manage a caseload with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Stay updated on changes in family law and related legal issues.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in [State].
- 2 years of experience in family law preferred.
- Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and case law.
