- Lead by example in following standardized procedures, utilizing checklists, and conducting regular check-ins with the team.
- Provide individual coaching and mentoring sessions to support employee growth.
- Maintain a visible presence on the production floor, actively engaging with team members, and addressing any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Platforms
- Bilingual proficiency would be beneficial for effective communication within the team.
- Availability for training on a first-shift schedule.
