3STEP Sports LLC is Hiring a Facilities Coordinator - Part Time (Hampton, NH) Near Hampton, NH

3STEP Sports is the largest youth sport event and club operator in the nation, providing brands with the ability to impact more athletes than ever in a unique and authentic way. The 3STEP reach spans 40 states and currently serves more than 3.2 million athletes. We deliver a premier, inspiring and authentic experience – dedicated to perfecting every aspect of the athlete funnel. Encompassing industry-leading tournaments, nationally spanning club programs, premier media content and more, 3STEP is the standard of the youth sports experience.
3STEP Sports is seeking part-time Facility Coordinators to work at our Hampton facility. This position will report to the Hampton General Manager, and will assist in coordinating events at the facility and being a point of contact for all things at the facility. Flexible scheduling is available, as we are looking for someone to fill 10-15 hours/week.
Responsibilities and Skills:
  • Coordinate with outside organizations/group contacts to plan for and ensure successful events in conjunction with the General Manager.
  • Assist with website and social media marketing with platforms used at specific facilities that follow 3Step guidelines with General Manager.
  • Assist in house leagues in conjunction with General Manager.
  • Maintain schedule and groups that are utilizing specific space within the facility.
  • Front Desk duties as assigned by General Manager.
  • Act as point of contact for outside organizations/groups holding events at the facility on the day of the scheduled event.

  • Possess strong organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Schedule will vary at Must be available to be on-call during weekends. Must be flexible to work nights and weekends. Schedules will vary week to week depending on staff availability.
  • Must be able to lift objects and set up for events prior to their scheduled date/time.
  • Must keep a clean and organized workspace and facility.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and some web management is a plus.
