3STEP Sports LLC is Hiring a Financial Reporting Analyst Near Reno, NV

Responsibilities:

Support the annual operating plan, budget and quarterly forecasting processes
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and decision support.
Assist in the conduct of due diligence supporting the acquisition team.
Assist in ad-hoc projects and analysis as required.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and to effectively present information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting and/or finance-related roles.
MBA or CPA a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with financial ERPs and/or systems (NetSuite or Oracle EPM, Planning Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) a plus).
