Architect Owner (AO)

At 3ten, you can be known for who you are and go after the clients/projects you like all we assist you in business development, marketing, client relations and administration. We have the tools and knowledge to get you where you want to go. 3ten Architecture was founded in 2013 with a unique concept centered around empowering architects to follow their dreams. Providing them freedom with responsibility and directly rewarding them for their hard work.

This position is best suited for someone with 8 years of experience but open to anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit. Someone itching to be their own boss. Someone who works hard and wants to be directly rewarded for their work.

Qualities that best fit this position include:

Compensation:

This is a revenue share business model. Pay is based on percentage of fees brought in. Your take home can range from 60%-75%. Benefits include the freedom to put your hard earned money where you want. Unlimited vacation and personal time. Continuing education credit and marketing assistance is included.

Responsibilities
- Utilize Sketchup, Revit, and CAD software to create detailed architectural drawings.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure contracts and partnerships for business development opportunities.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into architectural projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $255,000.00 per year
