This role is slated for a 3-month contract with an opportunity for extension or permanency.HR Call Center Representative Responsibilities
- This individual will be responsible for managing companywide communication and handling internal HR conflict by providing resolutions via phone and email.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and quickly analyze customer concerns within defined time limits.
- Severe as the first point of contact for any internal/external inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to any individual.
- Work cross-functionally with other internal departments to resolve any customer concerns.
- Answer HR-related questions that may involve verification of employment, benefits, etc.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Focus on one call resolutions and minimal hand-offs/escalations.
- Opens cases, logs calls into an internal tracking system, and provides accurate notation.
- Teaches and guides employees through all required steps for any HR related inquiries.
- Ensures employee privacy and confidentiality regarding any personal information.
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Experience in Human Resources functions such as payroll, benefits, time and attendance, HRIS services organization preferred.
- Ability to type 50 words per minute with excellent spelling, punctuation, grammar, and oral and written communication.
- High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in a Customer Service Call Center or Human Resources setting OR....
- Associates degree with 2 years related experience OR....
- Bachelors degree with 1 year of experience.
- $19.00-$20.00/hr
- Monday - Friday, Daytime Hours
