A hands-on approach will be instrumental in working alongside the landscaping crew, ensuring the successful completion of various landscape installation, general labor, and enhancement tasks. $25 - $30 hourly

• Working alongside crew, giving direction and making sure the job was done properly and timely.
• Ensure equipment is being maintained.
• Ensure clients are satisfied.
• Be on-site to see the crew's arrival in the morning each day.
• Supervise staff throughout the day, while simultaneously assisting to get the job completed.
• Ensure crew is following company policies.
• Ensure safety of all employees.
• Driving a company truck and trailer daily.

• 1 year experience in landscaping.
• 1 year experience in a supervisor role.
• Work Schedule: Work 8-10 hours per day, Monday-Friday with Saturdays as required.
• Extensive knowledge managing a landscape construction crew of 3-5 individuals, reading landscape designs/plans, landscape grading, softscapes, hardscapes (i.e.pavers patios/walkways, flagstone walkways, retaining walls, water features) irrigation, drainage, and layout.
• Knowledge and experience operating heavy equipment (skid steers, trenchers, mini-excavators).
