The Role The Financial Analyst, Products & Technology (P&T) will provide timely, accurate and relevant financial information to senior leadership and departmental management by effectively turning financial data into insightful and actionable business intelligence. You will be deeply involved in the strategy and operations of our P&T organization. Key Responsibilities: Work with leadership to validate trends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed monthly Forecast Provide financial data for P&T as part of the monthly close cycle Perform variance and root cause analysis of monthly results vs. prior year, budget and forecast, as well as month by month trends, etc. Develop efficient and effective operating reports on key drivers of business performance Analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to support business decisions Create and maintain financial models Prepare materials for Operations Review and Board Meetings, working with leadership Assist in the identification and implementation of process and system improvements Requirements: B.S. in Business preferred (e.g., Finance, Accounting) CPA or MBA a plus, but not required 2-3 years of relevant corporate finance / FP&A experience Understanding of accounting principles and financial theory Experience with monthly, quarterly and annual close processes Experience with financial modeling and ad hoc analysis Strong Microsoft Office skills, most notably Excel Experience with Workday HCM/Financials and/or Essbase highly desired Experience with Power BI a plus Strong interpersonal and written communication skills About the company’s commitment to its employees CCC Intelligent Solutions employees are part of an inclusive culture that brings together diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
