Job Description: Summary Join our team as a Client Enablement Trainer and empower clients through expert-led Income and Analysis training. With a focus on facilitating learning topics such as Underwriter/Loan Officer, General Understanding of Income Analysis and FNMA, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our clients' adoption, proficiency and success with CoreLogic products. This role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and client success teams to deliver effective training, coaching, content, tools, and processes. What You Will Be Doing Responsible for facilitation of Income and Analysis training program and training outcomes for external clients. Coordinates with internal Learning partners to administer, track and report on training success. Collaborates and consults with management to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training, analyzes situation and data, provides direct feedback to enhance training solutions to address business/client needs, and conducts training sessions. Delivers training materials based on client needs. May develop and conduct train-the-trainer workshops for clients. Supports the best instructional methods for training initiatives by collaborating closely with clients and account managers to maximize effectiveness. Tracks and analyzes course evaluations and training program effectiveness, tracking and evaluating trends, and adjusting training materials based on feedback and training results. Demonstrates leading edge developments in the field of corporate training and implements effective new processes to optimize training efforts and customer proficiency. Thoroughly assesses customer needs to devise the most effective, efficient, and appropriate training model and materials necessary to exceed customer expectations Strives to enhance the department's relationship with customers, ensuring the highest quality and most responsive service is provided Delivers tailored and innovative training solutions, ensuring deliverables reflect changes to current working practices, processes, and procedures Delivers online and self-taught solutions to meet the user and business needs Identifies appropriate training solutions to meet the needs of the NHS clients’ skills and knowledge issues, in relation to Oracle Financial applications, changing processes and procedures Job Qualifications: A minimum of bachelor’s degree (BSc) in education, business, finance, Human Resources (HR) and other related courses 5 years’ experience in creating, presenting, facilitating, and leading training materials Experience in banking/income analysis a plus Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience managing and/or interacting with distributed teams.
