Join Our Team as a 417 Recovery Program Director!

Are you passionate about leading an adolescent mental health programs towards excellence? If so, we're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of 417 Recovery Program Director. In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our program aligns with our mission and delivers top-notch care to our clients. This opportunity was created due to company growth of opening a fourth location in Southern California. Although experience is a prerequisite, you will have adequate training provided as well as other Program Directors to call on when needed. We work as a team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the clinical director on client, behavioral, and staffing matters.
• Lead and manage staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Supervise daily staff activities and client schedules.
• Monitor client engagements and maintain optimal census.
• Co-facilitate groups, individual counseling, and crisis interventions as needed.
• Ensure staff utilization meets agency expectations and client needs.
• Guide clients in adhering to program rules and facilitate open communication.
• Coordinate continuum care for clients.
• Address clinical challenges or facility disruptions proactively.
• Stay updated on company policies and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
• Oversee systems of accountability and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Make necessary adjustments in clinical documentation and seek supervision as required.
• Participate in weekly treatment and administrative meetings.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure safety, operations, and cleanliness.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by administrators or directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience working with adolescents is preferred.
• Registration as a licensed therapist (CADC, CADCA, LPC, AMFT, APCC) is required.
• Previous experience as a program director in a mental health setting is highly valued.
• Demonstrated knowledge of licensing standards (DHCS & Joint Commission) and compliance implementation.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation practices and adjustment abilities.
• Ability to contribute effectively in treatment team and administrative meetings.
• Availability for emergencies and evening support.
• Operational knowledge of facility management, including safety protocols and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Dedication to holistic healing and patient-centered care.
• Required TB Test within a year, CPR, and First Aid certifications.

Pay Scale: As operators with multiple locations in the region, we are aware of current pay scales and welcome all qualified candidates to apply immediately.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
