As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional service that keeps them coming back for more. Retail Sales Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our store.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Engage customers in lively conversations to understand their needs and preferences, building rapport and fostering long-lasting relationships.
• Actively promote and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays.
