Recruiting Partner RequirementsMinimum of 5 years in a leadership role within recruitment or a related business function.
For recruiters: Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience with a record of achieving significant placements.
For Executives or past executives wanting to pursue recruiting: Demonstrated background in using connections and networking to develop business opportunities and experience in identifying top players to fill positions in your organization.
Exceptional communication skills coupled with a positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently, effectively managing your tasks and communications in a fully remote setting.
Ability to build your own network and pipeline of business.
