Job Description:
Hybrid at HQ(Vienna) or GPO(Pensacola) – 2x a week in the office.
- Experience in Identity Management.
o User provisioning lifecycle, application provisioning
o Hands on experience with an IDM or IGA system (e.g. Saviynt IGA, CA-IDM, SailPoint)
- Ability to work independently and perform with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service skills
o Preferably a candidate that has worked in a position with direct interaction, in-person or virtual, with various types of personnel, including mid-level and executive leadership
- Strong Analytical and Research skills
o Able to review and recognize inefficient or cumbersome operations and/or business processes and work with existing teams to propose/implement solutions for streamlining
o Ability to review existing workflows and develop streamlining
- Preferred: Strong Automation skills
o E.g. Powershell scripting, PEGA, scripting products
- Mainframe/RACF and DB2 experience
- Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience
- Remote Access management (e.g. RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix)
- Experience with data reporting and metric products and tools (e.g. MS Power BI)
- Experience in ServiceNow or similar request ticketing system
