Responsibilities:

• Oversee department of 3.
• Sets up, troubleshoot and diagnose, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment. Monitors and maintains production equipment.
• Follows preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Completes necessary Corrective and Preventative Work Orders. Advises Plant Management of the tools, materials and parts needed to maintain production equipment.
• Works closely with Operations personnel in attaining production goals and objectives.
• Maintains a working report with equipment suppliers.
• Maintains a clean and orderly maintenance shop.
• Repairs equipment and machines using electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and welding experience.

Required Experience:

• Must be able to supervise, delegate, and motivate maintenance personnel (dept of 3).
• Thorough working knowledge of Machine Shop equipment, hand/power tools, basic electronic measuring equipment.
• Manufacturing experience required, Metals preferred.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• To work necessary overtime and on-call time responsibility.

MUST HAVE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,755.00 - $90,000.00 per year
