Role Description

This is a contract role for a Manual Tester at 4Consulting, Inc. located in Mechanicsburg, PA. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for conducting manual testing activities, creating and executing test cases, documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance. This is an on-site role that involves working closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Experience in writing and executing test cases
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Ability to identify and document defects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications, such as ISTQB, are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
