Our Gilbert, Arizona location is experiencing rapid growth, and we are booking several new clients every week. We are looking for an experienced aesthetic injector who has a passion for helping people and can apply the science of neurotoxins, dermal fillers and biostimulators to the art of enhancing one’s facial structure and anatomy.

· You must have extensive and advanced dermal filler and biostimulator injection skills and experience.

· You have an outgoing personality and possess strong communication skills.

· You take extra time to educate your clients, create long-lasting treatment plans, and build trusting relationships with them.

· You uphold the highest quality standards and are conservative with patient care.

· You have a history of advanced training and continuous education.

Job Description

Consult aesthetic patients and provide customized treatment plans based on comprehensive analysis and evaluation.

Qualified cosmetic injector of Allergan and Galderma product portfolios and other. Can articulate the pros and cons of various products and apply what is best for each individual patient.

Outstanding interpersonal communication, sales, and marketing skills. A brand ambassador!

Partner with estheticians to recommend skincare solutions and enhance clients’ overall plans of care.

Administer blood draws and IV vitamin therapies in collaboration with the wellness side of the business.

Stay up to date on all 4Ever Young products and services, answer patient questions and make recommendations for medical weight loss and hormone therapy where needed.

Be familiar with 4Ever Young membership programs and promotions so you can make recommendations that will help patients save money and maximize aesthetic results.

Daily Operations

Follow 4Ever Young procedures for patient check-in, check-out, rooming, follow-ups, and other aspects of daily operations.

Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation and update all patient files.

Work with Clinic Manager and medical team to ensure adequate inventory of product, medical supplies and other materials are always in stock.

Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines.

Follow 4Ever Young dress code when on duty or representing 4Ever Young in the community; maintain a professional appearance and high standards at all times.

Required

Registered Nurse (BSN preferred), Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Three or more years of qualified experience in aesthetic injecting.

Deep and broad knowledge of various med spa services and skin care products and services.

Maintain yearly continuing education and stay current on product lines & services.

Preferred

Active on social media with a large following; skilled with organic sales and marketing.

Experience with hormone replacement and IV therapies and medical weight loss treatments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
