Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
4Ever Young is the embodiment of a powerful idea: that aging doesn’t have to mean losing your quality of life. We’re a preventative health facility—which means we’re not just focused on treating symptoms. Because traditional doctors tend to only treat patients when there’s a problem, they practice reactively, not proactively. We don’t. We use advanced diagnostic methods and a tried-and-true evaluation process to find out what’s sapping your energy and feeling of wellness, discovering the root cause of any age-related symptoms and addressing them with the latest in modern anti-aging science.
- Greet, check in, and check out patients and guests.
- Answer questions regarding treatments and technologies in detail.
- Assist guests and accommodate their requests.
- Answer phone calls and follow up with patients via phone and/or email.
- Schedule appointments in-person and by phone or email.
- Keep accurate records and maintain an organized environment.
- Follow up on new leads as required; meet weekly and monthly goals for lead conversion and scheduling appointments.
- Perform other duties as requested. Be a strong team player with a positive attitude and do what needs to be done without being asked.
- Communicate with employees, providers, and management to optimize customer service and ensure smooth operation of the aesthetic center.
- Record, organize, create, and edit content (photos and videos) for social media accounts.
- Measure the interactions that content makes with our audience
- Create an engagement plan
- Should have experience working with social media ideally in a medspa, spa, medical office/center, and/or salon
- Must be interested in learning about and educating patients about aesthetics. Bonus points for existing knowledge
- Willing and excited to learn
- Must have student mentality
- Work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Tech Savvy
