4imprint is Hiring a Product Sustainability Coordinator Near Oshkosh, WI

HOURS: Monday – Friday; 8AM – 5PM

WORK FROM HOME STATUS: Eligible

After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work remotely (in WI only at this time). In general, this timeframe tends to be 3-6 months. Note that there will be situations when someone may choose or be asked to return onsite which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance.

As a product sustainability coordinator, you will assist in projects related to product and material sustainability features, certifications and marketing claims. This role will collaborate with 4imprint suppliers, merchandising and compliance teams to support 4imprint’s sustainability efforts and ensure product claims are accurate.


Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate daily: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.
  • Learn and understand sustainability standards and programs that are applicable to 4imprint products.
  • Maintain sustainability database, spreadsheets and supportive documentation to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Review, understand, and file sustainability documentation to support claims being made on 4imprint’s website.
  • Communicate with suppliers to gather and evaluate sustainability information relevant to projects or initiatives.
  • Communicate with merchandising to gather product information to support marketing claims and relevant projects or initiatives.
  • Participate in training classes, attend conferences, and actively continue professional development.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ previous work experience with sustainability, merchandising, or sourcing.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, in business or related field.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
