Regional Coordinator 4M Building Solutions is seeking to hire a paid, full-time, Regional Coordinator to join our company. We are a company that takes pride in our 360 Degree Teamwork and Family Culture.
Job Description:
Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Paycor - Place new ads when needed. Keep job ads updated on a bi-monthly basis. Recruiting candidates for new jobs starts. Call and set up interviews when required. Assist in sending candidates pre-employment requests as well as onboarding paperwork to pull through the process. Review and approve completed onboarding and I-9 forms.
Winteam- Importing new hires into the system and assigning Team Member #s. Enter termination and pay rate change PCNs.
Files: Print and put together Team Member Personnel Files (Manilla, Blue, and Red). Keep I-9 binders up to date (Active and Inactive). Pull terminated Team Member files and place them in the terminated file cabinet. Yearly purging of both TM files and I-9 forms.
Payroll- Assist the Regional Manager and Account Manager in approving hours in eHub for the region. Enter Pay rate changes, address changes, and W-4 changes in the system. We have a payroll department in our corporate office in St. Louis MO you will only need to enter data, NOT process payroll.
Miscellaneous- Complete unemployment claims on Equifax Casebuilder. Track the number of Drug Tests and order when needed. Track team member's shirt inventory and order when needed.
Reporting- Update the Regional Goal Tracker and send it out weekly. Run paycheck warning report bi-weekly to determine if terminations need to be completed. Complete the ACA Eligibility report weekly and send it to HR. Ehub tracking work tickets, Corrigo WO tracking, and facial recognition.
