Job Description : 4Sight is looking for a personable and organized Cashier / Receptionist to join our team in Reno. In this dual role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions at the cash register and providing excellent reception services.

Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a friendly demeanor will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and visitors.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and process payments.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Manage the reception area, including handling mail and deliveries.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a cashier or receptionist is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
