Job Description: 4Sight is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Handler to join our team in Reno. As a Stock Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing inventory to ensure efficient stockroom operations. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to maintaining our inventory accuracy and overall warehouse efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Ensure the stockroom is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth stockroom operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent
