Job Overview:

Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or answering their inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote and upsell products to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Skills:
- Experience in electronics, appliance, technology, jewelry sales is preferred
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven ability in sales techniques to drive revenue
