We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage and target existing customers, ensuring contract renewals are followed up on and executed efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and supporting the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Target existing customers to discuss contract renewals and additional service opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-up on contract renewals, addressing any customer concerns or questions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, contracts, and renewals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and send out renewal notices, proposals, and agreements to customers.
Monitor and track contract renewal dates, sending reminders as necessary.
Provide regular updates and reports on renewal status and customer feedback to management.
Assist in resolving any service issues or escalations from customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a service coordinator, customer service, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
