5 West Group is currently hiring for a hands-on experienced Assistant Manager/Leasing Agent to manage the leasing of apartments by providing customer service and driving revenue. Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Leasing Agent are as follows:

• Manage all aspects of new leasing in over-size units.
• Greet customers, answer questions, provide information about apartments and rates.
• Receive applications, review leasing details and hire candidate if necessary.
• Receive and reject tenants, maintaining the balance between prospective and existing tenants.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of leasing area and Leasing.
• Provide clear and accurate information about apartment rates, amenities, policy and availability of each unit.
• Identify and resolve any apartment-related issues that come up during tenancy such as broken appliances, dirty laundry, etc.
• Act quickly to secure solutions to problems that might have been pending for too long to be resolved.
• Follow 5 West Group policy and procedures and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• One on one or through company provided services (eg, text messages, phone calls, parking) as needed.
• Manage other departments (Sales & Marketing) without affecting other areas of responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:

• Property leasing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Wayne, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
