As a Senior Account Executive for 500°, you will serve as the client-facing lead on the Account Services team. The Senior Account Executive is vital to the relationship and management of each client account by fostering trust and confidence by constantly delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic SAE who can lead projects through close client and internal collaboration. This individual will need to be able to fluently advocate for the client to the agency, and the agency to the client. The Senior Account Executive collaborates with leadership and peers to drive well-grounded creative kick-offs and follow-through to seamless artwork execution/release.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily client management of the agency's significant clients and act as their strategic
partner; Continuously providing value and demonstrating the agency's commitment to meeting
their marketing objectives
- Expected to own complex, large-scale projects end-to-end; Autonomously manage client status
communications and internal deliverables; Oversee continuity and quality as project progresses
- Expected to provide client recommendations above the baseline need; Identify potential risks and
challenges in client projects, proactively addressing issues to avoid disruptions to campaigns and
client relationships
- Responsible for client-facing presentations; Showcasing the agency's capabilities and presenting
campaign ideas effectively
- Act as creative brief subject matter expert; Asking the niche questions to reduce revision rounds;
Anticipate internal and external stakeholder concerns demonstrating deep understanding of
client needs; Communicate overall goal, project objectives, and detailed requirements
- Participate in mentorship of new team members; Will be required to participate in aspects of
new employee onboarding by providing guidance, support, and direct process training
- Attend and run photoshoots; Collaborate with creative leader to ensure accuracy, including brand
standards, in required photo assets; Act as the face of the agency while client is on set
- Expected to participate in both tactical and strategic level work; All roles within the business have
an expectation of executional level work
What You'll Need:
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree with a focus in communications, marketing, or related field and/or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Prior agency experience required
- Relevant client experience a plus (retail restaurant merchandising preferred)
- Prior knowledge & experience in creative advertising workflows
- Must be fluent in MS Office Suite; Keynote fluency a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to function in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be self-motivated and have strong, effective problem-solving skills
Physical & Travel Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Stamina to handle extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking
- Availability to travel up to 20-25% of the year, as needed, to client locations, industry events, or
other relevant destinations
