THE OPPORTUNITY :

As an HR Generalist Consultant, you will provide support to our clients, offering guidance on HR compliance, employee management, and system support.

This role includes virtual, phone, email, and in-person assistance, requiring occasional travel for in-person training and client meetings.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

Compliance Expertise : Ensure clients comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, updating company handbooks and policies as needed.

Policy Development : Develop and implement HR policies tailored to each client’s needs.

Training Facilitator : Provide advice and training through virtual calls, emails, and in-person sessions.

New Hire and Termination Procedures : Oversee orientation and termination processes.

I-9 Audits and Personnel File Audits : Conduct audits to ensure compliance.

Recruitment Support : Assist with job postings, resume assessments, initial interviews, and background checks.

HRIS Utilization : Use the isolved system to manage recruitment and HR processes for clients.

Content Creation : Develop two HR-related content pieces (articles or videos) per month and conduct two HR webinars annually.

General HR Activities : Perform various HR administrative tasks as assigned.

10% - 15% travel required for in-person meetings and training

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

Minimum 5 years of HR-related experience.

Consulting experience with clients of varying sizes and industries is preferred.

PHR or SPHR certification, or a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new HRIS and talent management systems.

Active Listening : Attentively understand and respond to clients’ needs.

Effective Communication : Convey information clearly in both verbal and written forms.

Critical Thinking : Analyze problems and develop effective solutions.

Technological Proficiency : Utilize MS Office and HRIS systems efficiently.

Interpersonal Skills : Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
